Thank you for your thoughts — I think I will write to my Congressman. The lady at American Airlines also reminded me that I can write to the Dept. of Transportation, and that’s critical, because then my story becomes part of the record of airline customer successes and failures — since the airlines are required to self-report complaints such as mine.
